Cramps:

One of the most apparent signs of a miscarriage is cramping. Strong cramping in the lower abdomen or in the area around your pelvis may be one of the early signs of a miscarriage. Constipation during pregnancy is an indication of a problem, say physicians, and needs to be checked out as soon as possible. However,one should know the difference between regular pregnant cramps and the severe cramps that are accompanied by laboured breathing.

Bleeding:

Although it’s a misconception that bleeding is common   during pregnancy. Heavy bleeding is a sign of an imminent miscarriage. You must inform the doctor of any vaginal bleeding if you experience it. Even though bleeding does not always indicate a miscarriage, you should always take all required safety measures.

Unbearable Pain:

If any pregnant woman experiences extremely acute abdominal pain, it could be one of the early sign of a miscarriage. There is a possibility that the pain may travel to lower back region or to the pelvic area. A routine examination should be taken to ensure that everything is operating normally. Immediately see a doctor if you are sense any abdominal pain.

Blood Clots:

Another early sign is blood clots. It is certain that you are experiencing a miscarriage if you feel blood clots moving through your vagina. To prevent it, medical attention should be taken as soon possible in case of blood clot.

No fetal movement:

The fetal movement typically begins in the fourth month. This is the phase of actual Fetus development. It could be an early sign of a miscarriage in case you feel this movement has stopped abruptly and there is no feeling of fetus development. Talk to your doctor.

Why do miscarriages occur?

Miscarriage is most frequently caused by spontaneous abortion of the foetus or any chromosomal issues. Infections, uncontrolled diabetes, unbalanced hormone levels, uterine anomalies, improper drinking and smoking habits, to name a few, are several other causes. Many drugs, including the anti-acne drug Accutane, may cause miscarriages.
